Joined as Chief Commercial Officer and became CEO of HelloFreshGO — a PE-backed carve-out from HelloFresh SE and Germany's #1 fresh food workplace platform. Led the full-scale operational build-out: 10× order growth, 300%+ expansion of the customer base, and a mid-8-figure funding round. The definitive operating experience — carrying a P&L, building a leadership team, and scaling a business under PE ownership.
