The role
Markus Schneider is a growth and transformation Operating Partner and former PE-backed CEO. He works with investors, boards and management teams when a business needs to accelerate growth, reset its value-creation agenda or turn a strategic ambition into measurable execution.
He combines sponsor-grade analytical rigour with the operating accountability of someone who has owned the P&L, built the organisation and remained responsible when the plan had to change. His work spans the full hold period, from diligence and value-creation planning through transformation, integration and exit readiness.
His strongest bias is towards growth and commercial value: pricing, GTM, retention, portfolio choices and the operating model required to sustain them. Technology and AI are used where they materially improve the investment outcome, not because they are fashionable or available.
Markus does not stop at the recommendation. He translates priorities into owners, numbers, operating cadence and decisions, and works with the organisation until the result shows up in revenue, margin, cash or enterprise value.
